About 316L material:316L stainless steel has a carbon content of less than 316, which is commonly used in pulp and paper equipment heat exchangers, dyeing equipment, film washing equipment, pipelines, coastal areas outside the building materials. Corrosion resistance is better than 316 material.
About 316Ti material: 316Ti stainless steel is a modification of 316 stainless steel, with the addition of Titanium (Ti) to improve its resistance to intergranular corrosion, especially in high-temperature applications. It is commonly used in high-temperature environments and in industries such as chemical processing, food production, power generation, and marine environments. The Titanium (Ti) content in 316Ti stabilizes the carbon content, preventing chromium carbide formation, which makes the steel resistant to intergranular corrosion in the welded state.
